Same Day Steamerz LLC does business as Same Day Steamerz.

Same Day Steamerz provides carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, pet treatment, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, appointment scheduling, service updates, estimate follow-ups, dispatch updates, and customer support.

SERVICE REQUESTS AND ESTIMATES

When you submit a service request, request a quote, or book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, service type, appointment details, and any important notes needed for the technician.

Prices, specials, and estimates may vary depending on the service type, property condition, number of areas, access, travel distance, add-ons, and any additional work requested.

Final pricing may be confirmed before service begins.

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointment times and arrival windows are based on availability. Same Day Steamerz makes reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled arrival window, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, previous appointments, equipment issues, customer delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If appointment details change, the customer is responsible for notifying Same Day Steamerz as soon as possible.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service location.

Customers should remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from service areas before the technician arrives.

Customers must notify Same Day Steamerz of any special conditions, including stains, odors, pet damage, delicate materials, restricted parking, gated access, stairs, high-rise access, water access issues, power access issues, or any concerns that may affect service.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may vary and will be confirmed by Same Day Steamerz.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Customers should notify Same Day Steamerz as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access may affect future booking availability.

SERVICE RESULTS

Same Day Steamerz makes reasonable efforts to provide quality service. However, results may vary depending on material type, age, condition, stains, odors, prior damage, wear, ventilation, moisture, buildup, or previous cleaning attempts.

Some stains, odors, damage, or buildup may not be fully removable.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Same Day Steamerz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Same Day Steamerz may send text messages to customers who choose to opt in through our website forms or other approved consent methods.

Customers may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, dispatch updates, service notifications, estimate follow-ups, customer support messages, special offers, discounts, and service updates, depending on the consent selections made by the customer.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a form, request a quote, book a service, or purchase services from Same Day Steamerz.

Customers may choose whether they want to receive marketing text messages and/or non-marketing text messages by selecting the optional SMS consent checkboxes on our forms. These checkboxes are not pre-checked.

Marketing text messages may include special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates from Same Day Steamerz.

Non-marketing text messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, dispatch updates, service notifications, estimate follow-ups, and customer support messages related to your service request.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 678-647-6800. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, you can sign up again through our form and select the applicable SMS consent checkbox.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is optional. The marketing and non-marketing consent checkboxes on our website or forms must not be pre-checked. Customers may submit a form without selecting either SMS consent checkbox.

SMS NON-SHARING STATEMENT

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Same Day Steamerz does not sell customer mobile opt-in information. Same Day Steamerz does not share SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
